Since 2018, I have worked as a privacy and compliance adviser and have supported more than 500 projects — from short contract reviews to multi-year compliance programmes.

Starting in traditional advisory work, my focus has steadily shifted towards interim work, innovative projects, crisis management and incident response: companies did not need legal opinions, but someone who works as part of the team — in product reviews, sprint planning and transformation programmes.

Today I work as an External Data Protection Officer, IT Security Officer, Interim Privacy & Compliance Counsel and crisis manager for privacy and IT security incidents: embedded in legal, product and engineering teams several days a week, for mandates ranging from a few days to 12 months.

I treat law as an enabler. Teams building software, data products and AI don't need a list of prohibitions — they need workable routes to compliance.

So I stay pragmatic: clear risk assessment, documented decision, plain language. Your team should leave the conversation able to keep building.

Certified External Data Protection Officer (GDPR), Certified Data Protection Auditor, Certified IT Security Officer, Certified Whistleblowing Officer (HinSchG), and Certified AI Officer, AI Manager and AI governance specialist (all LUTOP, EU AI Act).

This combination lets me cover privacy, information security, whistleblowing and AI governance within one consistent framework.

I advise and represent clients in German, English and Polish — in writing and in meetings, including communication with German supervisory authorities.
